The Buyer's signature(s) on this contract indicate the Buyers have decided that they would like to buy a puppy/dog from the Heart of Texas Alaskan Klee Kai. The Buyer may state his preferences on this contract, but the Sellers CANNOT guarantee that a particular puppy will meet the stated preferences when it becomes an adult Alaskan Klee Kai.

A Heart of Texas Alaskan Klee Kai Purchase and Sale Contract will be completed at the time the puppy is available, and full purchase price will be paid in certified funds prior to the puppy leaving the residence of the Seller. Deposits may be made by personal check, but final payment must be in guaranteed funds. 

NOTE: It is the responsibility of the Buyer(s) to advise the Seller(s) in writing of any change of Buyer(s) name, mailing address, telephone number and/or e-mail address.

The Buyer hereby places a deposit of $_____________ with the Seller. (Minimum deposit is $150.00). This deposit is to apply towards the purchase of an Alaskan Klee Kai when the Seller has one available and the Buyer and Seller complete a Contractual Agreement for that Alaskan Klee Kai.

The Buyer understands that this deposit places them on the order list, and when puppies are available, the buyer will tell the breeder which puppy that they are interested in.  The Seller reserves the right to refuse to sell any particular puppy to any particular Buyer, and a special potential breeding or show quality puppy may be reserved for a family who is dedicated to breeding or showing the Alaskan Klee Kai. Seller has the right to retain any puppies from any of their litters for their own program regardless of anyone else's place on the list.

The deposit made will be applied towards the final purchase price. Heart of Texas Alaskan Klee Kai does not establish purchase prices until an agreement is made between Seller and Buyer for a particular animal, as each dog is an individual and will be priced accordingly. At this time, Most puppies are being sold for about 2000.00 plus 300.00 in transportation and other charges.  Special considerations may be required for particular dogs with special needs.

The Buyer has the right to refuse any offer at any time without losing their place on the waiting list, however If the Buyer has CHOSEN a PARTICULAR puppy, and later refuses the chosen puppy for any reason, the Seller will retain $50.00 from this deposit.

The Buyer retains the right to cancel this contract at any time and for any reason, in which case the Seller will retain $50.00 processing fee and will refund the balance of the deposit within 30 days after receipt of the signed written request to cancel.

The Seller retains the right to cancel this contract at any time and for any reason, in which case, the entire remaining deposit will be refunded.

Buyer Agreement.

I, the Buyer, have received, read, and understand the Breed Standards.  I understand the Alaskan Klee Kai is a carefully developed breed, and I understand that if any of my Alaskan Klee Kai are accepted into the breeding program, I agree to be a responsible breeder and to carry on the tradition of selective breeding and to encourage spaying/neutering. Above all else, I promise to love and be proud of my Alaskan Klee Kai and to care for it and protect it. I understand that a dog is not just a business or a status symbol, and that this breed was developed for the sole purpose of being loved. Therefore, before I transfer ownership on any Alaskan Klee Kai, I will be reasonably confident that the prospective owner will be a responsible and loving owner.
